Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all services booked to the credit card on file. Should you cancel an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice and a deposit was collected prior to booking, it is understood that the deposit is non-refundable and will no longer be applied to your service total.
